Take out some gamemodes.
Krime - 2021-05-11 16:31:52 UTCI recently joined this server and i loved it. However, there is too many game modes in this server and members scatter around the rest of the game modes and some servers can not start since its not full. I recommend temporally unlist some game modes from the server until more members start to join. It is important for members to have fun because they will come back to the server but that is not possible if games can not be started because no one is joining. I also recommend having KitPvP more out there because you only need 2 players to have fun!

Second: I do not support the idea with KitPvP on this Server at all. There are so many KitPvP Servers out there and it has Nothing to do with UHC. We already have the FFA Arena and in it, you can only heal with gaps and heads, making it Closer to UHC than a normal FFA Arena. I really dont think UHC and KitPvP should be mixed. Just don't.
And also, if a game starts, that's not as common, even more People would join it, since many probably didn't even try it out yet.

I would say it would be better to show the ffa server more since its a gamemode everyone would like and their isn't any wait time. And I cant tell you about deleting gamemodes but their is too many gamemodes that are available to play but not a lot of people. Everyone wants to play their different gamemode which affects how full a server gets. It is very important to keep the players enjoying the server which is why lobby that are somewhat full need to happen to keep them joining the server. The server has many unique gamemodes that need to be taken advantage of.

Usually, players keep asking in chat to join a queue, and at some point someone may decide to join.
Also, other players are into public Discord servers where they manage to bring a group of players into the server for few games.
I don't think that taking out few game modes will solve any issue. Instead, it'll angry those who liked such game modes, and they'll leave this network in search for another one with the game mode that was removed.
I suggest to play the game modes others want to play, and then ask them if they'd like to have a match of the game mode you want to play.
