Each Bottle can give between 3 and 11 experience points, therefore the minimum that could be received is 8 levels(120 experience points) and the maximum is 18 levels(440 experience points).
Note: Receiving the maximum or the minimum is very unlikely, and the average amount of xp per bottle is 7.
