Flight Scenario Change
Methodly - 2021-07-22 20:55:08 UTCI posted a suggestion a couple months ago about a scenario in SN called Flight. You could basically fly like in creative mode while PvP is off. Would you be able to make it that you are flying, and you break a block, that the speed should be the same as if you weren't flying? Thanks for reading.

KaiNoMood - 2021-07-23 08:55:29 UTCThe floating mining speed is similar to the underwater mining speed but it's distinct. The floating mining speed is 25 times slower than normal conditions, while underwater it's 5 times slower than normal conditions. While the mining speed penalty underwater can be reduced with the Aqua Affinity enchantment, this enchantment will not affect the floating mining speed. The Efficiency enchantment and the Haste effect may affect the floating mining speed (it needs to be verified), but it's likely to require high levels, and a lot of "control" to add and remove the effects when needed. Considering the amount of work to make something similar to that and all the potential glitches, I don't think it's really worth it. There are very little cases where you want to have such thing, and you can just stand on a block whenever needed without much difficulty.
