Bringing Back Sign Shops

Still, I'd like to specify that:
- There is no completed suggestion about a diamond economy (I could be blind)
- Shops were never in any of the SMPs hosted by PlayUHC/MCG
- The shops that have been added work with Coins (virtual currency)
