Charge items for other items
-Robowling - 2023-02-22 21:39:06 UTCThis idea involves a lot of thought process, but I’m sure once it’s done it will be a big benefit for everyone who plays on the SMP survival server. My idea is that instead of making a shop that charges coins for a item why not charge it with another item of somewhat equal value I have come up with a fairly new plan what if we make it a completely new shop other then a coin’s shop

Duhbetter - 2023-02-22 22:00:53 UTCAs the shop system already uses coins for currency on the SMP, making shops such that they can become what is essentially a bartering system seems overkill.
Princesspoop3rd - 2023-02-22 22:19:20 UTCI agree with Duh. This seems like overkill. The coin system is an easy way to keep fair prices because items mean very different things to different people. Besides, if someone wants to barter, they can meet up in person to exchange items.
