Mob Heads for SMPs

The mob heads, could be replicated, and skull-like blocks (I guess that's what you mean by mini-blocks) can also be added, but I believe the best way is to make them craftable. I don't like the idea of players having to die to have a head, it's better to make it craftable, and possibly, a bit expensive.
