Remove Late Scatter from Creative Rush

Solely for the reason that you when you start the game you get items based on both who is and the number of players that are in the game during your twenty seconds. It's a pretty unfair advantage to give incoming players better knowledge of who is in the game and the number of players you are going against.
cough Add NoClean and Rodless.

WaffleDrkluz - 2020-10-02 18:23:54 UTCI personally like the late scatter in all of the games. in my experience with creative rush I always get the same thing no matter who and how many people are in the game. Also the late scatter makes for bigger and better games, most of the time creative rush starts with like 3-4 players, with the late scatter being there the game might end up being 7-8 players
