Having multiple ticket reports at once
iNeon - 2020-10-02 12:46:37 UTCThe idea is really simple: being able to do more than one /report at a time. Sometimes you have two, three or even more players that you see cheating or using the chat in an inappropiate way, but you are able to open only a ticket at a time. I think that there should be a limit (like, for example, maximum 4 tickets opened per player), but in ocasions only one is not enough. Thanks and tell me what you think about it!

KaiNoMood - 2020-10-02 13:24:56 UTCThe main reason it's limited to one only is that when players use the /rt command to reply to a ticket, they would have to specify the ticket number every time and that's not something everyone understands how to do properly. Most of the players do not even understand they have to use /rt to reply to their tickets! This is why we ask players to add other reports to /rt, as we read those messages when we claim the ticket.
