Add Ore Vein Miner to GodUHC

KaiNoMood - 2020-10-03 11:51:03 UTCI feel like it may cause server performance issues if there are too many players using Ore Vein Miner and if there are too many ores of the same type. It may also make it harder to find where the stuff dropped because of the long chains of ores!
